• Minimum shipping order $ 200.00.
• Net 30 days on approval credit.
• 15% restocking charge will be applied to all returns.
• Special order items and custom made items are not returnable.
• No refunds. Credit or exchange only with prior authorization.

• Most items displayed on this website and our catalogue are in stock and ready to be shipped within 24 hours.
• Delivery charges are applicable to all shipping orders. Our shipping charges include insurance coverage against loss or damaged during shipping from us to you.
• Customers who request shipping on their own account, or send their own couriers for pick up, do so at their own risk (as we will not coverage any loss or damaged items during shipping)

• Merchandise with manufacturing defects may be returned at no charge within 30 days.
• All other returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be returned with 30 days of the date the goods were received.
• Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and are subject to our approval.
